ACTIV.AR - Training for Entrepreneurs

In 2022, the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment of the Government of Catamarca and the Federal Investment Council called me to lead a challenging project: providing support, training and financing to entrepreneurs in my province.

For the launch day back in September, we held a virtual meeting where we announced the birth delivery of the first incubator and accelerator in Catamarca. Activ.ar has been gaining subscribers and it has more than 1,000. The initial meeting was moderated by Marcelo Rabinovich - Endeavor Mentor and Professor of IAE Business School and Universidad of San Andrés and we counted with the presence of Lisandro Álvarez, Minister of Industry, Commerce and Employment of Catamarca Government.

"The best kept secret of successful entrepreneurs. How to invest in funds. How to start an idea. How to make a business profitable", are recurring questions asked by the young entrepreneurs who gave impetus to this initiative that we finally managed to undertake together with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment of Catamarca Government and the Federal Investment Council.

In my province there are many people with potential ideas that need strength or funding. In this way Activ.ar becomes the first accelerator and incubator that will provide mentoring, advice and theoretical knowledge to those who seek to empower themselves and show passion for their ideas or ventures. It is a four-month web-based course. Consists of nine classes with experts in different topics and two coaches who help to apply what they have learned in individual ventures. In addition, there are three workshops on the development of entrepreneurial skills.
