Hi, I'm Flor!

They say I am "the youngest CEO of NOA". I am an entrepreneur, networker and "Chinita" traveler; chinita because my roots are my DNA and traveler, because I love and because the world inspires me with new ideas. I am General Manager of ECA Medical Emergencies y Minerva Farmaciasa family business that I decided to lead, at the age of 25, from the moment my father died of terminal cancer.

I believe in the transformation that the new generations bring, I worked on a model of "Pharmacies of the Future" and thanks to an innovative technology that I imported from Germany, Minerva Farmacias became the first in the country with a robot. I am resilient, energetic and entrepreneurial beyond limits.

I was part of the business world at a very young age, being a woman and in the northwest of Argentina, a conservative and macho society. Running the company from my father's chair was a tremendous challenge, but I decided to assume leadership with my own rules, personal style and gender vision. Today, 80% of my staff are women. I challenged myself to be a protagonist of the women's collective "who seek to break the glass ceiling", that invisible gap that prevents women from accessing the same positions of power as men. I am a strong advocate for the improvement of gender standards in the Argentine and Latin American business market. That is why I was appointed Argentine WEF (Women Economic Forum) Ambassador in 2023.

I am Director of the Economic Federation of Catamarca, the first female President of the Chamber of Pharmacy Owners of Catamarca. Pharmacy Owners and Directive Representative of CAME YOUNG with whom I lead Activ.ara mentoring project for young entrepreneurs in my province. I studied Business Administration and Public Accounting at the Catholic University of Córdoba with a postgraduate degree in Management & Business Intelligence at UB and a Master in Finance and "Women's Leadership Program" at Yale University.

In memory of my father I created the "Emilio Benjamín Sosa" Foundation that assists and promotes people from Catamarca. On my Instagram @florsosadd I share travel, fashion & lifestyle content, a hobby that I am passionate about and turned me into an Influencer. I love to travel for business and pleasure, from the world I bring new ideas that challenge my business and my passion for art, design and fashion.

I regularly attend NY Fashion Week, Paris FW and Milan FW as an influencer and guest for different fashion brands, press media, and for coverage on my social networks. I am curious, restless and passionate about technological innovation. In 2022 I launched Andinaa tech startup with social impact focused on making weavers from Catamarca visible and that combines my origins, women, blockchain, sustainability and web 3. In addition, I am working on an upcoming venture related to Lithium, which is one of the key industries in Catamarca and one of the most valued minerals in the world. In collaboration with the Government of Catamarca, National Government and UN.
